At Cravers Collective, we proudly serve both our cookie customers and content creation clients with timely and transparent service. Below you’ll find details about how we process and deliver orders based on your needs.

For Cookie Orders

Shipping & Local Delivery Options

We offer the following for cookie orders:

• Free local pick-up and delivery within Green Bay, WI
• Nationwide U.S. shipping via USPS or UPS
• Shipping is currently not available internationally

Shipping Zones & Costs

• Local delivery within Green Bay is free
• Domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
• Expedited shipping options available at an additional cost

Processing & Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround: 5–7 business days
• For custom cookie orders, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability
• You will receive an estimated delivery date at checkout

Damages, Delays & Refunds

• While we package each order with care, once the order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for damage, delays, or loss caused by the shipping carrier
• Refunds or exchanges are not available for shipped cookie orders
• For local pick-up/delivery, any issues must be reported within 24 hours

For Content Creation Services

Delivery Method

• All content is delivered digitally via email or a shared drive link
• No physical product will be shipped
• Content is not available for international shipment as it is not a physical item

Turnaround Time

• Delivery times vary by project but will be communicated at the time of booking
• Most gifted and custom content orders are completed within 5–14 business days

Revisions & Cancellations

• One round of revisions is included in all paid content packages unless otherwise noted
• Cancellations must be made before content development begins
• Due to the creative nature of content, refunds are not offered after delivery

Payment Options

• We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal
• Full payment is required at checkout to process your order
• All prices are listed in USD
