Your order can be personally delivered for free if your drop off location is within 30 miles of my kitchen.
Shipping is also available for those that live outside of my delivery zone. Because my products do not contain preservatives, your orders will be shipped through USPS-Flat Rate Shipping to ensure freshness. Delivery guarantee is dependent on USPS 3-5 day priority shipping. We are not responsible for timeliness and/or condition of your product during the shipping process.
While we apologize for what may occur during shipping, it is out of our control once it has been accepted by the postal service.
We are a small business reliant on true word of mouth. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly refund the cost of your cookies thru Venmo or PayPal.
***Please keep in mind that I am a home baker and my products are created and baked in my private home, not subject to state licensing or inspections under the Cottage Law in the state of Wisconsin. My kitchen is used where equipment and appliances may come into contact with dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shell fish, wheat, eggs, soy, and gluten.
