All of our cookies are home made and hand decorated.
Each cookie that is baked in my kitchen are home made to order in small batches. I also make hand decorated cut out cookies. Many people ask “What do you mean? What’s an iced cut out cookie?” To put it simply: it’s the same kind of cookie that’s very popular for decorating at Christmas time. Don’t you worry! These are fun ANY time of year! Decorated iced cut out cookies are so versatile to help celebrate many occasions like birthdays, graduations, valentine’s day, and many other holidays.

If it tastes like its homemade, it’s because it is. Each small batch of cookies is baked fresh right in my home oven. From chocolate chip cookies to sweet and refreshing lemon to fun and cute iced cut out cookies, we have the cookie for you!

My Story
How it started
Hi Everyone! My name is Ashley Boldt and I am the owner of Cookie Cravers By Ashley, LLC. My family and I live in the heart of Packerland, Green Bay, Wisconsin. I am married and the mother of two rambunctious little boys and currently in a career transition with the hopes of baking for you full time.
I’ve always had a sweet tooth and my one weakness was cookies. Whether it was a simple shortbread, a fancy macaron, or just a store bought package of cookies, I had to get my hands on at least one. I love me an awesome cookie! My favorite is the all-American home made chocolate chip cookie with nuts. Freshly baked with gooey chocolate chips and crispy edges, how can anyone resist?
I started baking at home when I was a teen while I still lived on the island of Maui, where I was born and raised. There is where I learned the baking basics, like how to correctly measure flour, what ‘sift’ means, what the purpose of baking powder is, etc. I learned to make cakes, cookies and bars and how to follow a basic recipe.
In 2021, I saw a post on Facebook to sign up for a Halloween cookie decorating class at a local bakery. I thought it would be fun so I signed up my oldest son and I for it. I wasn’t sure how I would like it since the cookies I liked making the least was cut out cookies. I always made a mess. There would be a coating of flour all over my kitchen like a flour bomb went off, you had to roll out the dough over and over until there wasn’t any left, then you had to make the frosting and decorate the cookies. I was way too impatient to do all that.
Luckily, this class had all the hard work already done. We just had to make them cute. Guess what happened? My son and I had a great time! I started making practice batches at home, flour bomb and all and gave them away during the holiday season. Everyone I gave them to raved about them and asked where I got them. They were surprised when I said that they’re home made. With the support and confidence boost by my close family and friends, I decided to take the leap and try my hand at a home baking business.
As you can tell by my story, I am not a professional baker and I didn’t go to culinary school. With a love of cookies and a single class I took with my son, the rest is history. Now, not only do I make, bake and decorate variety flavored cut out sugar cookies, I’ve been slowly adding different types of cookies by the request of friends and people who have been supporting me during my start up period, while still working full time in health care.

Your order can be personally delivered for free if your drop off location is within 30 miles of my kitchen.
Shipping is also available for those that live outside of my delivery zone. Because my products do not contain preservatives, your orders will be shipped through USPS-Flat Rate Shipping to ensure freshness. Delivery guarantee is dependent on USPS 3-5 day priority shipping.
We are a small business reliant on true word of mouth. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly refund the cost of your cookies.
